1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. References to “we”, “us” or “our” relate to AITC Holding and, for website administration, Bramston & Associates Ltd as the context requires.

2. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful, good-faith personal or internal institutional evaluation. You must not interfere with its operation; seek unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; misrepresent affiliation; use content for unlawful, misleading or infringing activity; or systematically extract and republish content without permission.

3. No offer, solicitation or financial promotion

The website does not constitute or form part of an offer, invitation, solicitation, recommendation, commitment or financial promotion in any jurisdiction. No person may subscribe for, purchase, sell or transfer any investment through the website. No capital, deposits, subscription monies or client funds are accepted through it.

4. No advisory or fiduciary relationship

Accessing content, sending an enquiry or receiving a response does not create an advisory, fiduciary, investment-management, brokerage, agency, partnership, client or other professional relationship. Such a relationship arises only through an express written agreement signed by authorised parties after relevant conflicts, due diligence and acceptance procedures.

5. No reliance

The contact form prepares an email in the visitor’s local email application. Email is not inherently secure. Do not send sensitive identity, banking, credential, source-of-funds or transaction information before an agreed secure protocol is established. We are not obliged to accept or respond to any enquiry.

All rights in the website and its original content are reserved. Limited printing or saving for internal evaluation does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to use any trade mark, identity, methodology, diagram or substantial extract commercially.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of Mauritius have exclusive jurisdiction.
